1. Educational guidance only
VentureMap AI provides educational business-discovery tools, assessments, and AI-generated suggestions. Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Income figures are potential ranges that depend on execution, market conditions, and effort. No outcomes are guaranteed.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through Stripe’s customer billing flow or by contacting us. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, overwhelm our systems, or use it to promote illegal activity, scams, MLM schemes, or fraudulent offers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-generated content
Recommendations and reviews may be generated with AI and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify information independently before making business or financial decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentureMap AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
